REVIEW BY AMAZON CUSTOMER: This is a nice well rounded workout. Remember this workout is designed to be used with weighted hula-hoops. If you have never used them before, they are not recommended to be used for prolonged periods. This workout gives you hoop time and shows you how you can use your weighted hoops to tone all parts of your body. I have 4 different versions of the weighted hoops, so this workout allows me to utilize all 4 for different exercies.
